Until the Stockholm marathon.
Plane-tickets are booked, hotel is booked, we have our starting-number.

30 days to go. 4 weeks of training to go. 2 more longruns. 75 miles of training to go in total.

Exciting? Yes. Nervous? Yes. Motivated? Like hell.

4 Months. It’s been 4 months since I started training and I think I can say I’m on schedule. Since the beginning of 2011, I’ve run 352 miles (568km), 3 to 4 times each week (kudos to Runkeeper for these stats). The furthest I’ve run during training is 20 miles (32k) and, considering resupply of water along the way, that went fairly well. These last weeks have 2 more 20 miles-runs and after that it’s ‘downhill’ towards race-day.

I’d queue up ‘The Final Countdown’ but I’m saving that for later 🙂
